We artfully weave these captured moments into both an intimate 3-5 minute highlight film that encapsulates the spirit of the celebration and a complete recording of all tributes and remembrances. Both are delivered digitally in high definition, allowing family and friends to revisit these precious memories whenever they wish, whether it's in the days immediately following or years down the road. This lasting tribute becomes a treasured keepsake that helps keep your loved one's memory alive and allows future generations to connect with their legacy.

Our team covers a limited number of events every year, but if your date isn’t available, shoot us a message, and we can “check the back”. If there’s truly nothing we can do, we’ll put you in touch with some other fantastic filmmakers in our network.

During reservation, you’ll find a 50% deposit rate automatically applied to your total. Checking out blocks your date in our calendar, followed by a contract to make it official!
Book a consultation meeting right before or after a reservation to make introductions with the team, cover any discounts, answer questions, and get to know each other. It’s also a great option if you’re after something that isn’t yet on our storefront.
If, for some reason, we aren’t the right fit, a full refund will be issued immediately.

We understand that memorial services can unfold at their own pace. We'll be there for the entire day, capturing every meaningful moment. Our services are priced by the final film deliverables, not by the hour.
Local Travel Included
For services within an hour of the Portland Metro area, we include travel costs in our base price. We believe in making this process as simple as possible for families during difficult times.
Found Footage Included
We welcome the inclusion of personal photos, home videos, and other cherished footage from your loved one's life. These treasured memories can be seamlessly incorporated into the final film, helping to tell their complete story and celebrate the moments that made them special.
Future Film Options Available
We understand that some family members may need time before viewing the memorial footage. We capture everything respectfully, allowing you to request additional edits or films whenever you're ready.

How does payment work?
Just pick the options to the right that feel right for your event, and when checking out, you’ll see a 50% markdown on your Legacy Film price. This is our deposit. Upon booking, a second invoice will be made and sent out for payment, due prior to delivery.
If, for some reason, we aren’t the right fit, a full refund will be issued immediately.
When will our memorial film be ready?
We carefully craft each film to honor your loved one's memory. Your films will be delivered within 8 weeks of the service, allowing time for thoughtful editing and review.
Can we incorporate meaningful music choices?
We understand the importance of personal music selections in honoring your loved one. While we need to be mindful of licensing restrictions for public sharing, we can work with you to incorporate special music choices for private family viewing.
What is your filming approach?
We provide discreet, unobtrusive coverage with one professional videographer using multiple cameras. This allows us to capture all important moments while maintaining the sanctity of the service.
How do you handle sensitive moments?
We approach each service with the utmost respect and sensitivity. Our experienced team knows when to step back and how to capture moments tastefully, always prioritizing the comfort of the family and guests.
Can family members share personal stories or tributes?

What if some family members aren't ready to view the footage?
We understand that grief is deeply personal. Your film will be safely archived, allowing family members to view it whenever they feel ready. We can also create additional edits or copies in the future upon request.
Can we include old photos and videos?
Yes, we encourage incorporating cherished photos and videos from your loved one's life. These can be beautifully woven into the final film to help tell their complete story.
